Le Logis de La Motte
Located in Artannes-sur-Thouet in the hamlet of La Motte on the banks of the Thouet, 10km south of Saumur, the Logis de La Motte can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
The cottage is made up on the ground floor of a living room and a dining room with decorative fireplaces as well as an equipped kitchen, a laundry area and a separate toilet.
The 4 bedrooms and the two bathrooms with shower and WC are spread over the two upper floors.
A walled garden, closed private parking (4-5 vehicles).
The 50m3 swimming pool is a fun space where the depth does not exceed 130cm. It is in service from the end of April to mid October, the water is heated by a heat pump.
The safety of the swimming pool is ensured by a standardized NF barrier and an immersed body detector.
A 6-seater jacuzzi is installed in a dedicated room heated in winter. In order to ensure optimal hygiene, the water is renewed between each rental.
